The HR Manager leads the organization’s human resources function by developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives.
This role oversees talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes.
Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
Provide strategic guidance to management on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational development.
Oversee performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and learning and development programs.
Handle complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal company policies.
Manage HR records, HR systems, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
Mentor and supervise HR team members, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement within the HR function.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is an added advantage).
Proven experience in a senior HR role with people management responsibilities.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-management abilities.
Ability to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
Experience:
3–6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2years in a managerial or leadership capacity, preferably within a media, advertising, or creative industry.
