We are seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our Human Resources team either as HR Interns or HR Analysts, depending on experience and career stage. This dual-track opportunity offers hands-on exposure to HR operations while also providing a pathway to analytical and strategic responsibilities in workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and data accuracy.
Assist in preparing HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Participate in HR projects related to learning & development, performance management, and talent acquisition.
For Analyst role: conduct deeper data analysis to identify trends in turnover, hiring, and workforce productivity, providing actionable insights to improve HR strategies.
For Intern role: learn HR systems and processes while supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing study for Interns) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); exposure to HRIS is an added advantage.
Analytical mindset and ability to work with data (required for Analyst position).
Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
