Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team and join in cleaning
Assign and inspect cleaning tasks to ensure they are completed to high standards
Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping
Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address facility maintenance needs.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 5 years of work experience.
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and organizational abilities
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
High school diploma or equivalent
