Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervisor at Asphalt Unity Construction Limited

We have maintained excellence in services we render to our clients.We are seeking a proactive and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Supervisor to oversee safety standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote a culture of safety across all operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HSE policies, risk assessments, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and enforce HSE policies, standards, and procedures on site.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
Provide HSE induction, training, and awareness programs for staff and contractors.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements, company policies, and international best practices.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
Relevant HSE certifications
Minimum of at least 5 years’ experience in a similar HSE supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
