The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead Moneta’s sales strategy and partner banks growth initiatives.
The role involves managing a high-performing sales team, acquiring new partner banks, and nurturing existing relationships to drive cross-selling and upselling of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow relationships with partner banks.
Manage, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across partner bank portfolios.
Collaborate with internal teams to align products and services with partner needs.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales activities.
Represent Moneta at key industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales with leadership experience, ideally in the banking or microfinance sector.
Strong relationship management skills with C-level executives.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to speak Hausa is a strong advantage due to northern market focus.
Minimum of 8 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
