Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple industries.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts support sales, product launches, and other key business initiatives.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
Drive lead generation efforts through targeted marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is added advantage.
Professional certification in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital and conventional marketing strategies.
Proven experience in the real estate, banking and financial services, investment and capital raising, stock brokerage, or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
