Purpose Statement
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Growth Marketer to spearhead user acquisition, brand awareness, and customer retention. This Growth Marketer will leverage data-driven marketing strategies to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), enhance conversion rates, and drive engagement across multiple channels
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
Optimize paid and organic marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
Drive lead generation and conversion through marketing funnels and targeted campaigns.
Work closely with sales, content, and digital marketing teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
Utilize CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs to enhance customer retention.
A/B test ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, and other marketing assets for performance optimization.
Monitor and improve marketing KPIs such as CAC, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
Generate reports and insights to inform business decisions and optimize growth initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing (preferably in a fintech or high-growth financial service company).
Proven experience in SEO, paid media, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance tracking.
Ability to execute A/B testing, funnel optimization, and customer segmentation strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset to drive continuous improvement.
