We are looking for a driven Growth & Business Development Manager to lead Pharmarun’s B2C expansion. This role is all about unlocking new customer channels, growing user acquisition, and driving revenue directly from consumers. You will combine data-driven marketing, partnerships, and on-the-ground activations to make Pharmarun the go-to destination for Nigerians seeking easy access to medicines and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Growth: Design and execute strategies to drive B2C customer acquisition and retention across digital and offline channels.
Partnerships: Build partnerships with digital platforms and healthcare startups to expand our reach.
Campaign Management: Work with marketing to run targeted campaigns (social, community activations, pharmacy fairs, etc.) that drive consumer engagement and orders.
Sales Execution: Convert leads into paying customers through effective outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
Data & Insights: Track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, churn) to refine strategies and hit growth targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, ops, and clinical teams to ensure smooth customer journeys from awareness to delivery.
Revenue Delivery: Meet or exceed monthly B2C growth and revenue targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in growth, sales, or BD with a proven track record in B2C user acquisition.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and consumer engagement strategies.
Experience with partnerships in e-commerce, health-tech, or consumer tech a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Data-driven mindset with comfort in setting and meeting aggressive growth targets.
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
