As part of its strategic growth and operational excellence agenda, the organisation is seeking a seasoned professional 
The Group Head, Technical Service Operations, will lead the development and enforcement of engineering and maintenance standards across the group.
This role is central to ensuring technical excellence, asset reliability, and the adoption of innovative technologies

Key Responsibilities

Establish and enforce engineering, QA/QC, and maintenance standards across all operating systems.
Provide expert technical support and resolve complex engineering challenges.
Drive innovation and the adoption of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the performance and maintenance of critical assets and specialised plants.
Build and lead a high-performing technical services team and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Engineering/Management is an advantage.
Professional membership in Engineering (COREN or NSE) is required.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CMMS certification).
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in engineering and technical leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management.
Strong expertise in QA/QC systems, maintenance strategies, and asset management.
Proven track record of leading innovation and driving technical excellence across multiple sites.
