As part of its strategic growth and operational excellence agenda, the organisation is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its business services function.
The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and direction across business development, human capital, and operational support functions.
This role is pivotal in driving organisational growth, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of business development strategies to secure new contracts and expand existing client relationships.
Oversee the implementation of service level standards and ensure operational efficiency across departments.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or any related field.
Master’s in Business Administration, or MSc in Management.
Relevant professional qualifications such as: COREN, Nigerian Institute of Management.
Minimum of 13 years’ experience across one or two management areas with at least one being Human Resources and at least 5 years in a managerial role.
