We are seeking a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead our ice cream production and retail business.
The ideal candidate will have end-to-end ownership of operations, financial performance, team leadership, and market growth.
This role requires a commercially minded leader capable of scaling production, optimizing retail performance, and driving profitability while ensuring quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Development:

Define and implement business strategies to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including B2B sales, distribution partnerships, and retail expansion.
Set performance targets and lead business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations across production, supply chain, logistics, and retail units.
