We are seeking a reliable and organized General Assistant to provide all-round support within our growing digital media company.
This role includes a mix of office tasks and occasional domestic assistance to the Managing Director.
The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, proactive, computer literate, and ready to take initiative as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support including handling correspondence, scheduling, and basic documentation.
Assist with day-to-day office operations and errands.
Support domestic tasks for the MD as required (e.g.organizing, shopping).
Maintain cleanliness and order in work and assigned domestic areas.
Help with basic data entry and use of email, Word documents, and spreadsheets.
Run personal and official errands as directed.

Requirements

Minimum of S.S.C.E qualification (Bachelor’s Degree is a plus).
Good spoken and written communication skills.
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, internet use).
Must be trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
Good personal hygiene and respectful demeanor.
Proximity to the job location in Lagos is an added advantage.
