Conduct on-site spot checks to ensure FTTH project quality compliance and workmanship standards.
Provide on-site technical and quality training to subcontractors (SBC) to enhance execution quality.
Assist the project team in addressing field issues and implementing corrective actions when required.
Report site quality issues and non-conformities to the Quality Manager in a timely manner.
Follow up on all identified quality issues until proper resolution and closure are achieved.
Prepare and submit daily quality and spot-check reports, including findings and corrective measures.
Support continuous improvement of site quality processes and promote adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 2 years of field experience in FTTH or telecom engineering projects.
Strong understanding of FTTH installation standards, OSP construction, and QC processes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic project documentation tools.
Must hold valid certifications in:
Work at Height
Electrical Safety
First Aid
