This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for an FTTH Installer at Zora Communications.
The FTTH Installer will be responsible for installing fiber-optic networks, terminating fiber-optic cables, and testing the performance of the installed systems.
Tasks include troubleshooting and repairing fiber-optic connections, ensuring proper documentation of installation processes, and maintaining high customer service standards during installations and repairs.
The FTTH Installer will also adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Experience with fiber-optic network installation/FTTH installation
Skills in terminating fiber-optic cables accurately
Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting fiber-optic networks
Good documentation skills to record installation processes
High customer service skills to interact efficiently with clients
Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in installation roles
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Relevant technical certifications or training in fiber-optic technology
