Welcome and register visistors professionally and notify relevant staff of visitor arrival
Sign in visistors using the log book/tags provided
Contact relevant company personnel to ensure visitors are attended to
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
Keep visitors informed at all times of delays, changes toarrangement
Provide any other assistant required in a willing, pleasant and professional manner
Deal with difficult situations in an assertive and friendly manner
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized and welcoming at all times
Receive, log, and sign incoming mails and distribute within the hour
Source and provide relevant information to callers as appropriate
Monitor visitor access and ensure compliance with company security protocol.
Educational Qualification
HND or BSc in any discipline, preferably in Social Sciences
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist / Customer Service.
