Role Overview

The Freelance Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for building Kaplo Africa’s digital presence and generating quality leads through online campaigns.
This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to run targeted campaigns that attract both clients and job seekers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Design and execute targeted lead generation campaigns.
Create engaging content (graphics, captions, and short videos) aligned with the brand.
Optimize ads and campaigns for maximum ROI.
Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) and provide detailed reports.
Collaborate with the Sales Executive to hand over qualified leads.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
Ability to run paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report results.
Creativity, reliability, and ability to work independently.
