Job Summary

We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Lounge operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring service standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction are consistently top-notch.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations for both QSR and Lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (waiters, hostesses, runners, bartenders, etc.) to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor staff performance, schedules, and adherence to company standards.
Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring quick resolution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
Work closely with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure timely service and smooth coordination.
Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to management on ways to improve guest experience and revenue.
Assist in planning and executing promotions, events, or special offers.
Enforce compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
Prepare and submit shift reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage.
3–5 years’ proven experience in a supervisory or floor management role in hospitality (QSR, lounge, fine dining, or nightlife industry preferred).
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
