Finance Manager at Teal Harmony

Teal Harmony is an established renovation and interior design company based in Nigeria. We provide services that are tailored to covering every aspect of your project – whether residential, commercial, corporate, or one-off design requests.Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute financial projects.
Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial expenditure of THL.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual account reconciliations to the management
monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on THL Projects
Strategic management of THL procurement and inventory database
Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.
Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

Education and Experience

Degree in finance/accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA) license
At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a Finance Manager
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other financial planning software.
Age not more than 40 years.
