Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales within assigned territory.
Ensure sales targets and objectives are achieved.
Monitor and evaluate performance of team members.
Provide training, guidance, and support to team members.
Submit timely reports on sales activities and results.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum OND, BSc, HND
Proven experience in sales and team supervision.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
