The Field Credit Officer for Asset Financing will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our asset financing solutions to businesses of all sizes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best financial solutions for their asset acquisition needs.
The Field Credit Officer require strong computer literacy skills to effectively and efficiently process asset finance loan applications for potential FairMoney customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development: Generate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, engaging leads, and nurturing relationships within the asset financing market. Dealership locations will be provided to Field Credit Officer to process applications from.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our asset financing products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients, and answer enquires in an efficient and timely manner.
Lead Management: Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and manage the sales pipeline, both internally and externally, to ensure consistent progress toward closing.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as well as asset dealerships to foster repeat business and referrals as well as strong external stakeholder relations.
Loan Execution: Efficiently execute disbursement of accepted loan applications, ensuring timely disbursements of assets after risk approval.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals using CRM systems.

Requirements

B.Sc Degree / HND / OND at the minimum.
Basic Knowledge in accounting, finance and mathematics
Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in SME Loan or Merchant Lending
Previous work Experience or training in sales (Preferred)
Candidates should have at the minimum, Loan Officer experience with a Microfinance Bank/Outfit.

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
