The Fiber Project Manager will oversee end-to-end fiber deployment projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to industry standards.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong design and coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and supervise fiber network projects (FTTH, FTTB, Backbone, Metro).
Coordinate field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly reports, project documentation, and as-built designs.
Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and technical evaluations.
Ensure materials utilization and asset accountability.
Use digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Resolve technical issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields.
3–5 years experience in fiber projects.
Not more than 40 years old.
Strong knowledge of fiber optics, transmission, and OSP/ISP design.
Excellent project coordination and reporting skills.
Proficiency with GIS tools, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and other relevant software.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
