We are looking for a seasoned Executive Recruiter to handle senior-level hiring across our organization.
This role requires discretion, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to source and close top executive talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive roles.
Work closely with senior leaders to understand role requirements.
Source and engage high-caliber candidates through targeted search and networking.
Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present shortlists.
Maintain confidentiality throughout the process.
Negotiate offers and manage onboarding coordination.
Keep accurate records in the ATS and provide hiring updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
A minimum of 5years in recruitment, with 3 at least years focused on executive hiring.
Experience in multinational or fast-paced environments, ideally tech or consumer goods.
Strong sourcing and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and confidentiality.
Familiarity with ATS platforms.
HR certification is an added advantage.
