We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, handling confidential matters, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Manage the CEO's email inbox, responding to routine matters and flagging important emails.
Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and conferences.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees.
Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure the CEO's time is used efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Male candidate
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Discretion, professionalism, and a high level of integrity.
