We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Leadership Team of our consulting firm.
The ideal candidate will not only manage executive schedules, communication, and operational priorities but will also bring strong human resource management skills to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.
This dual-capacity role requires exceptional organizational ability, discretion, and strong interpersonal skills to ensure efficiency in both executive support and people management.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and proposals.
Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
Coordinate board and management meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation.

Human Resource Management Support:

Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Assist in coordinating staff training, performance management, and development programs.
Support HR compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Provide assistance in handling employee relations and addressing workplace issues confidentially.

Operational & Administrative Support:

Coordinate project-related administrative tasks, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Assist with client engagement support, including meeting logistics, proposal preparation, and communication.
Track and report key HR and operational metrics for executive decision-making.
Ensure smooth office administration by managing supplies, vendor relationships, and operational logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
3–5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
