Provide executive-level administrative support.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate local/international travel.
Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Assist with project tracking and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Organize meetings, events, and virtual sessions as needed.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Must reside in Lagos, Nigeria, with flexibility to work hybrid.
