Event Assistant at Hive HR

Hey, we’re Hive!

Hive is an employee feedback platform and strategic HR partnership. We give our customers the tech, the insight and the coaching to manage change and amplify employee voice.

Our accessible, cloud-based platform has four flagship features—Hive Surveying with flexible question sets, Hive Open Door for always-on listening, Hive Messenger to engage in two-way conversations and Hive Fives to cultivate coworker recognition.

But it takes the perfect blend of technology and people to drive change, so our People Scientists are on hand to help HR teams and managers harness employee feedback and uncover the real story behind the data.About the Role

You’ll support everything from venue coordination, creative implementation, production tracking, and vendor alignment to ensuring day-of-event delivery standards are met across all touchpoints.
You must be highly collaborative, calm under pressure, resourceful, and deeply committed to delivering top-tier experiences, no matter the event size or type.

Assist in managing all pre-event logistics, including venue walk-throughs, item checklists, load-in/load-out schedules, and vendor alignment.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless material movement, branding installations, and overall site readiness.
Track and manage delivery of production materials, printed items, branding components, and event collateral across locations.
