We are seeking passionate and result-driven Direct Sales Agents / Investment Sales Agents to join our client’s team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales of financial and investment products, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Requirement:

Minimum of 1-year sales experience in a financial institution or investment bank.
Educational Qualification: B.Sc / HND / B.Ed in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven understanding of financial securities products (for Investment Sales Agents) or experience in financial products such as account opening or loan management (for Loan Sales Agents).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, particularly within the financial sector.
Strong relationship-building abilities and a high level of integrity.
