We are looking for a versatile Digital Media Specialist who can manage our social media presence and maintain our company website. The ideal candidate is both creative and technical — able to design and execute social media campaigns, create engaging content, and handle website updates to ensure a strong and consistent digital presence for the company.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
Create, schedule, and manage engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blog posts, newsletters, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools.
Build, update, and maintain the company’s website (WordPress or other CMS).
Optimize website content for SEO, mobile responsiveness, and fast loading speed.
Manage digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) where required.
Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Grow and manage the company’s online community, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly.
Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with digital media trends and innovations.
Create and implement email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp or other platforms).
Ensure the company’s online reputation is monitored and protected (ORM practices).
Draft monthly content calendars and align campaigns with company goals.
Provide technical support for minor website issues, bugs, or plugin updates.
Train staff on digital media best practices when needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
At least 2 years’ proven experience in social media management and web development.
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML/CSS, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
