The ideal candidate will be an expert in media buying, Facebook and Instagram ads, and performance marketing, with a strong track record of running successful campaigns that drive measurable business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI on all paid campaigns.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to boost ad performance.
Develop retargeting strategies to convert leads into paying customers.
Monitor and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
Work closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and media buying.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing funnels.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
