Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute content strategies aligned with our brand voice, audience interests, and business goals.
Generate creative, on-trend ideas for shows, social media, web, and promotional campaigns.
Create high-quality multimedia content — including copywriting, graphics, videos, and interactive posts — optimized for each platform.
Edit and proofread content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand tone.
Collaborate closely with presenters, producers, designers, and marketing to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Manage and update content calendars for shows, social, and digital platforms.
Monitor performance analytics (engagement, reach, listenership) and adjust strategies accordingly.
Stay updated on pop culture, entertainment, and digital media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Support live coverage of events, interviews, and campaigns across platforms.
Ideal Candidate
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
1–3 years of relevant experience in digital content, media production, or social media
Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Proactive, trend-savvy, and highly collaborative
Able to work in a fast-paced, media-driven environment
Bonus Skills:
Photography and videography
Understanding of SEO, analytics, and social media advertising
Experience managing livestreams or live event content.
