Our client in the lifestyle and hospitality industry is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring customers receive warm, prompt, and professional service.
Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently uphold service standards.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively and professionally.
Work closely with customer service representatives to ensure seamless coordination and order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized service area in line with brand standards.
Monitor customer satisfaction and provide reports and recommendations to management.
Assist with scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and evaluating staff performance.
Drive initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, retention, and repeat patronage.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Prior experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or similar customer-focused environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
