We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our vibrant cosmetics team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and driving sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers, providing expert product knowledge and recommendations
Drive sales to achieve and exceed set targets
Demonstrate and explain cosmetic products, highlighting features and benefits
Maintain an attractive and organized product display
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Keep up-to-date with product trends, promotions, and new arrivals
Requirements:
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any field
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in cosmetics or retail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
Strong persuasive skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
