About the Role

As CRM Campaign & Lifecycle Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing customer lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention, and long-term value.

You will:
– Develop and run targeted CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channel, tailored to user personas, behaviors, and in-app activity.
– Design and implement lifecycle journeys for key stages such as onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation, ensuring each step feels relevant and personal.
– Build and manage campaign calendars and journey maps, overseeing the full delivery process of CRM communications.
– Plan and run A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and use insights to continuously refine campaign performance.
– Monitor campaign metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and retention KPIs to evaluate success and uncover opportunities for improvement.
– Use data and analytics to understand customer behavior, improve segmentation, and strengthen overall campaign impact through data-driven decisions.
– Work closely with data, creative, and product teams to translate insights into meaningful, actionable communications.
– Your mission is to make every interaction with Roamless more valuable enhancing how we engage with our customers and maximizing their lifetime experience with our brand.

About You

Skills & Qualifications
– 4+ years experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
– CRM Tools: Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Insider, Clevertap, OneSignal, Dengage, or similar.
– Channel Expertise: Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple CRM channels with a strong grasp of audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign planning.
– Technical Skills: Understanding of CRM data structures and integration points, QA and troubleshooting of targeting logic
– Basic knowledge of SQL and HTML
– Analytical Thinking: Skilled at interpreting data and applying insights to improve engagement and performance.
– Communication: Strong English written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail in campaign execution.
– Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in collaboration and enjoys turning ideas into measurable results.
