NOKT RECORDS is seeking a highly versatile and creative professional to serve as our Creative & Digital Media Executive. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in Website Development, Video Editing, and Social Media Management, with additional skill sets in Graphic Design, Community Management, Content Writing, Photography/Videography, and Data Analytics. This role is central to shaping NOKT RECORDS’ digital presence, promoting our talents, and engaging our community across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

Build, update, and maintain the official NOKT RECORDS website.
Ensure mobile responsiveness, SEO optimization, and multimedia integration (music, videos, events).
Manage hosting, security, backups, and troubleshooting.

Video Production & Editing

Capture, edit, and produce high-quality videos (music videos, promotional clips, event recaps, artist interviews).
Add graphics, sound, and special effects to enhance storytelling.
Maintain a video content library and ensure brand consistency.

Social Media Management & Community Engagement

Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and engagement.
Schedule and manage posts across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and Facebook.
Handle DMs, comments, and community interactions promptly.
Go live during key events and engage audiences in real time.

Graphic Design & Branding

Design merchandise mock-ups, posters, flyers, and digital campaigns.
Ensure cohesive branding across all online and offline materials.

Content Writing & Copy-writing

Draft creative captions, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy.
Support artists with press releases and promotional write-ups.

Photography & Videography

Capture raw photo and video content during rehearsals, studio sessions, and live events.
Manage archives and ensure professional editing/curation.

Data & Analytics Reporting

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Computer Science, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in web development with expertise in WordPress and other CMS tools, social media management, video editing, and design.
Proficiency in:
Web Tools: WordPress, HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript/PHP.
Editing Software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
Analytics Tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hoot-suite, Excel.
Excellent creative storytelling and copy-writing skills.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication abilities.
Passion for music, entertainment, and digital culture.
