Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is seeking an experienced Corporate Cook who is hands-on with cooking and capable of coordinating other cooks to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and strong culinary skills to deliver high-quality meals consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a wide variety of meals to company standards.
Supervise, coordinate, and mentor other cooks and kitchen assistants.
Plan menus in line with nutritional needs, seasonal availability, and budget.
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate supply needs.
Maintain efficiency and orderliness in the kitchen environment.
Requirements
HND in Catering, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven hands-on cooking experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene best practices.
Ability to work under pressure while delivering high-quality results.
