Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms.
Produce and edit short, engaging videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other video-centric platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to foster positive interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns or events with overall marketing goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the energy or tech industry.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
Proficiency in creating and editing short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
A genuine passion for the solar energy industry and a basic understanding of renewable energy concepts.
