The Company Secretary will support the effectiveness of the Board, provide company secretarial services and manage the regulatory compliance function.
The Company Secretary will provide legal counsel to the Board of Directors, the Co-Managing Partners and the executive management of the Company.
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor's degree qualification in law. ICSA qualifications will be an advantage.
Interested candidate should have above 5 years' call to bar experience with proven experience as a secretary or in a compliance role in Finance Industry.
Strong knowledge of company law and strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with guidelines and regulations governing the debt securities, investment regulation and credit transactions
Excellent analytical and structuring know-how skills, good understanding of guaranteed products, capital markets and thew financial instruments.

A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
