The Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for employees, materials, and official assignments.
The role ensures adherence to traffic laws, vehicle maintenance, and company policies while supporting smooth business operations at Hoop Telecoms Limited.

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Transportation:

Safely drive company staff, visitors, and executives to destinations as instructed.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of personnel and materials.
Deliver official documents, parcels, and other items promptly.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

Conduct daily checks on the assigned vehicle (fuel, oil, tires, brakes, etc.).
Ensure vehicles are kept clean, serviced, and in good working condition.
Promptly report any faults, accidents, or maintenance needs to the Administrative Unit.

Compliance & Record Keeping:

Adhere strictly to traffic laws, regulations, and company driving policies.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip details.
Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, licenses, permits) are valid and updated.

Support Services:

Assist administrative staff in running office errands when required.
Provide logistical support during company events, field operations, or emergencies.
Ensure passengers’ safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of SSCE / OND certificate.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Minimum of 2 years driving experience (corporate driving experience preferred).
Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic regulations.
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
