The Commercial Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations by handling procurement, managing vendor relations, processing payments, uploading products on internal systems, and assisting with data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in procurement and third-party purchases, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company policies.
Support vendor management, including processing and reconciling vendor payments.
Accurately upload product details onto company ERP software (Odoo) for sales and inventory tracking.
Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support sales, pricing, and procurement decisions.
Collaborate with the Finance and Inventory teams to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Maintain proper documentation of all commercial transactions and processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in commercial operations, procurement, or data analysis (experience in IT distribution is an advantage).
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
Working knowledge of Odoo ERP.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and internal team management.
