Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
