Job Description

Maintain accurate client records in the company’s CRM system.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to nurture ongoing relationships.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3–5years of experience in client relations, customer service, or sales.
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
