This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relationship Manager located in Ibadan.
The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Daily tasks include managing client communications, resolving inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to client retention strategies.
The role will also involve identifying opportunities for client engagement and supporting sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and client satisfaction
Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work on-site in Ibadan
