Manage and grow sales across assigned city/region to achieve targets.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.
Handle customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and operational activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards across all city operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
