Drive Strategy and Sales Execution: Turn big ideas into actionable plans and measurable sales results.
Lead Operations: Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day activities across multiple departments. Ensure no ball drops. Free the CEO from all administrative duties.
Build Systems & Processes: Create and refine policies and workflows that power the organisation.
Develop People & Culture: Mentor Managers, encourage collaboration, and build a culture of excellence.
Manage Resources & Budgets: Ensure smart allocation of funds, reduced costs and operational efficiency.
Monitor Performance: Track KPIs and ensure deliverables are met with precision.
Strengthen Partnerships: Develop strategic collaborations and partnerships.
Executive Leadership: Progress to a CEO or Executive Director role within 5 years or less.

Qualifications & Experience

A university degree with a strong foundation in secondary school math.
10+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
Entrepreneurship or intrapreneurship experience: has led teams or businesses and owned sales outcomes (including budgets or P&L).
Proficiency in team & process optimization and workflow management.
Strong understanding of financial statements.
Advanced use of team management tools and apps.
Extreme attention to detail and organization. No dropped balls and no overwhelm.
