As the CEO, you will:
Shape and execute the organisation’s strategy in partnership with the Board, aligning with shareholder expectations.
Strengthen stakeholder trust across capital markets, regulatory bodies, and investor communities to elevate institutional influence.
Represent the organisation in key forums, forging strategic alliances and advancing regulatory cooperation.
Champion global best practices (e.g., CPMI-IOSCO) to reinforce operational credibility and market integrity.
Drive market expansion, customer engagement, and sustainable revenue growth through innovation and strategic partnerships.
Enhance governance effectiveness and foster a high-performance culture anchored in integrity and continuous improvement.
Empower the executive team to deliver on strategic priorities with excellence and accountability.
Ensure regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and talent development to support long-term resilience.
Lead digital transformation to enrich stakeholder experience and future-proof the organisation.
What You Bring
A Degree in a finance/business related discipline from a reputable institution.
An MBA or Masters’ degree in any finance/business related discipline may give an edge.
Professional certification (e.g., CIS, CISI, CFA, CPA) in relevant areas.
Proven C-suite leadership and significant experience in financial markets, capital markets infrastructure, or fintech.
Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership abilities
Passion for innovation, market development, and the African economic renaissance.
Dynamic and easily adaptable to changing circumstances.
