Qualification / Requirements
Interested candidates must have culinary certification with minimum of 1 year of work experience
Behaviour and Skills:
Professional and polite
Excellent culinary skills, menu planning, food preparation and presentation are mandatory
Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special cuisines is key
Experience in cooking for high-profile individuals or events
Attention to detail and creativity in presentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene certification
Timeliness is of great importance
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
