As a Business Sales Assistant, you will support regional sales activities and ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitating the regional implementation of new policies and initiatives.
Maintaining records of display phones and organizing routine display checks.
Coordinating opening stock documentation and ensuring accuracy.
Reconciling outstanding display phone arrears and updating records.
Calculating rebates and sales incentives.
Facilitating the warranty card process efficiently.
Communicating official updates to the sales team and collecting field feedback.
Handling DMS-related activations and resolutions across the region.
Managing and maintaining all regional sales and operations data files.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experienced Data Analyst with strong reporting and documentation skills
Team player with excellent communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
