We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager with a strong background in salon operations and hairstyling services.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing salon teams, improving business performance, and ensuring excellent customer service in the beauty industry. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, drive sales, and help grow the salon’s reputation and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, motivate, and manage hairstylists, receptionists, and other staff members.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients.
Monitor appointment scheduling, inventory, retail product sales, and salon cleanliness.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by handling client feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Manage budgets, track financial performance, and prepare reports on sales and expenses.
Hire, train, and evaluate salon staff, ensuring professional standards and growth.
Work closely with stylists to understand client trends and recommend service improvements.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND qualification.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of salon or beauty business management experience.
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
Experience with social media marketing and online booking platforms.
Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Business Manager, or similar role in the beauty or hairdressing industry.
Strong knowledge of hair care services, salon products, and client management.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets, scheduling, inventory, and marketing strategies.
Proficient in salon booking and POS systems.
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
[Preferred] Certification or background in hairstyling or cosmetology.
