Business Development Officer (Customer Representative) at Sobaz Nigeria Limited

With over 20 petroleum product distribution centers nationwide, Sobaz has expanded its capacity to deliver huge volumes of petroleum products nationwide at very short notice.Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new customers while managing relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas downstream sector.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Promote the company’s products (e.g., petroleum products, lubricants, LPG, etc.) to clients and negotiate sales contracts.
Act as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring timely communication and support.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to management.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with internal departments (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to build networks and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification or a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 years of relevant work experience.
