We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional with 3–5 years of experience in consulting or professional services. The candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a deep understanding of business services or management consulting offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, events, and digital outreach.
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities in target markets.
Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with consulting teams to align offerings with client needs.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to refine strategy.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport at CXO and senior levels.
Familiarity with proposal writing and consultative sales methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
